Lack of communication and worst service

I am so angry with this company, its communication is so poor,all they know is to debit ridiculous amount without informing u. They debited money from my account without my permision because they say my account is on arrears but i dont know how because i have been paying every month , when i asked about it they are telling about the fee that i was suppose to pay last year ,that was a shock to me because the guy who was recruiting me told me it was totally free now im being told about a certain fee that i am suppose to pay. Why were they quiet all along. I am so sick of chubb and its unproffesional tendencies.
