Installation not completed
<p>I upgraded my securtiy system in April and the installation wasn't completed. I have followed up several times without avail. Today a debit order went through on my account without the installation that is completed. I am so sick of fighting with this company and will definitely not recommend them to anyone.</p>

Louis Jansen has still not contacted me. Obviously customer service is not part of their strategy.
