Inefficient response team

We've had this security system for over 6 months now, and are terribly disappointed with how things are done! After the alarm goes off, it takes more than 10 minutes for someone to even call and ask if everything is alright, never mind the fact that it takes another 10 minutes for a security guard to arrive. The response team is so inefficient and the dispatchers lie and tell you they couldn't reach you on the phone!! I wish I had not taken out this contract with them, Fidelity ADT was a bit more expensive but worth every cent!!!
