Incompitent Security Company

This is the worst security company anyone could get paying them is a waste of money I swear they are so useless ********* can come to your house take everything and leave while you have a security system. Yesterday I was at work at 4pm I received a call from National informing me that my alarm went off they asked if they should send an arm response while I told them I was not home they called again at 5pm and told me that my arm was going off I told them to send arm response I got home around 6pm the alarm went off again and they never called and they never sent an armed response on all accounts my neighbors were standing at the gate waiting for them and they never showed up instead another security company waited with my neighbors and accompanied me inside to check National was nowhere to be found I called the office around 7pm I was sent from pillar to post each consultant keeps calling their manager one of the so called managers told me that my area was sold to ADT and its ADT's responsibility to make house calls National monitors the system and they will call ADT and find out why they did not come I told them that what they are saying is nonsense because I pay them not ADT they said they will call me till today nothing they are useless honestly I just want them to come and remove their nonsense because since 4pm you are responding no ways come and remove your system out of my house I will find a security company that knows what they are hired to do. I have been paying an App I never received I have been paying patrol levy for nothing you guys are useless.
