*********** pathetic service
I switched my alarm system over to Chubb, they had all the promises of great service ect... they have been out to my house more than 4 times in the past 5 weeks to fix the alarm system that they installed? When the alarm is triggered it takes them up to 15min to call and find out what's going on... this is the worst service I have ever received from any security company and I won't recommend ANYONE to sign up with them! I will be cancelling this they are not delivering on what they promised and they can't even get the basic systems working properly
