Incompetency

National Security & fire in Waldrift, Vereeniging was absorbed or sold to ADT. Most of the residents were not informed. Only a few were aware. We only found out when ADT started sending us correspondence. After cancelling with National and settling the account( and also receiving a paid up letter), I still get emails informing me that I have funds that are past due and matters have been handed over Debt collectors.
