Incompetence Service from National Security and Fire

Terrible service provided from National Security and Fire!

On 13.01.22 I had two attempts to selling our electric fuses at the transformer box outside my property and National was parked outside when the 2nd attempt happened. I approached the vehicle and he was busy on his phone at the time. He ended his call and said to me that the ******* were digging in the bins, which was a lie. I showed him the camera footage I had because of the cameras I have outside my property I was able to see everything! The footage clearly shows the thieve walked directly to my transformer box to attempt selling my fueses. National just sat in their vehicle not allert of his surroundings or anything of the sort! Someone could be breaking in to a property infront of National and they would never even know. Seriously, I want to cancel my contract with Nationl Security because this incident isn't the first time I has witnessed such incompetence. National is the worse security service providers ever!
