IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE!

Trying to speak to someone about a terminated account is practically impossible. Spent an hour being pushed from pillar to post and being transferred to "dial 1 for ...., 2 for..." It seems like they do it on purpose to avoid having to actually speak to you. Still being debited for an account terminated more than two months ago, despite having been told that the account is closed. This after having terminated the contract after an armed ******* whereby National was the last to arrive on scene, even after the SAPS.
