*******ly debiting my account

I spoke to a Karusha Naidoo from your accounts department yesterday regarding an ******* debit order going off my account. You *******ly and without my knowledge moved me to another security company in the area and still have the audacity to debit my account. Today I have tried unsuccessfully to get through to accounts department on 4 different times speaking to Jacky and Denel from reception. I am still waiting for Karusha to revert from yesterday.
