<p>Been a client of Chubb in Mafikeng.</p> <p> </p> <p>I specifically signed a month to month contract since I lived in a rental home. I went into the branch and cancelled my service in writing and have a signed copy of the cancellation letter by Mrs Klaas.</p> <p> </p> <p>The deductions continued and I went back to the branch and Mrs Klaas said she will look into the matter. After getting no response I contacted the service centre and Sheila Haffejee assisted me. After numerous emails she said that my refund was just waiting for approval. </p> <p> </p> <p>They stopped replying to.my emails and when I phone I get transfered from one person to another each having empty promises. The amount owed to me is in excess of R4000 and more than a year later I am still in square one.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would seriously never consider doing any business with them again.</p>
