14 months after cancelling National Security & Fire's services, they debit R50 from my account for a transmitter that they never collected at the property after confirming cancellation. I consider this debit order *******, as after cancellation I had no contract with National Security and Fire, for them to take money from my bank account. I further had to pay another fee of R189.75 for them to remove the transmitter from the property which I resided in. It is not worth the effort to fight National Security and Fire on these small "fees", which I am sure they know. However, if they did this to me, how many more previous clients have they collected monies from for no services rendered?
