I pay chubb every month for a service, they send me sms's please let us service your alarm etc etc. Sunday we come home from doing what we do and our alarm is going, we had a break inn. Well well well, I am driving they phone me but I can not answer my phone, its in my bag. They have my husbands number but don't even bother calling him. We get home and have to phone chubb to send someone as no one was sent to see if I was maybe bleeding to death. Wow now that is service for you. I am highly upset, I have lost a lot of things due to this and I will be taking this to facebook and twitter to let everyone know how great they are.
