I am not happy with the service

Dear Sir/Madam,<br> <br> I have a contract with Chubb security and If I could still remember well, I have signed a 24month contract with them.<br> <br> <br> But when I called them I am told that I have signed 3years and they don't have 2years contract. The sales person told me that it is on special.<br> <br> and now since am not happy with Chubb security service, After my contact I want to cancel and get another armed response.<br> <br> Chubb security does not respond in time in my area.<br> <br> Kind regards,<br> <br> Eric
