Horrific Service

National Security is the worst service provider I have ever dealt with. Not once did I call and I get joy. I have been trying the whole day to speak to technical team, 2 people tried connecting me but I never get through. An alarm system was installed late last year, but the battery does not last 2 hours when there's no electricity. This is just one of the experiences I had. Had bad experience in trying to change banking details, bad experience with control room. Their service is appalling. I have just called asking for patrol, was on hold for 15 minutes. Ohh and their response team said I should buy their expensive lock for them to enter my yard,
