Horrible service

Their service is horrible, i have been waiting for them to come sort out my alarm system which does not sent signal to them if alarm goes off for almost 3 months now as they are the security company recommended for our area,when i call they send me from pillar to post ,empty promises , different stories every time i even had a attempted break in which i communicated to them and i was promised that a technician will come to my house but no one showed up and i'm still waiting ,it's really so disappointing that the very same people who should provide a sense of security are the same people who do not care about your safety/security.
