HORRIBLE SERVICE

The worst service ever. For the past 3 weeks i have been getting calls from their control room that they have received a signal from house when the alarm in not even triggered. I logged a call after getting these calls from them 3 times booking a technician. They only called me 2 weeks later to schedule an appointment the day of the appointment arrived no technician showed up. Calling their call centre is a nightmare you’ll be put from one call to another hilding for a good 30 minutes. Hang up call again same story. The service is awful.
