Horrible Service

Good day <br> <br> What an appalling service i received from Chubb securities, They debited my account on Saturday 31 January with an amount of R399.00, that was fine as i had expected that amount, however this morning i got another notification that and amount of R635.58 was again debited from my account by Chubb security, so i gave them a call to enquirer and i got through to a lady from their accounts department, i explained my situation and she told me it was a once off communication amount, which i wasn't informed about, i then requested to speak to someone that i can lay a complaint with, however she hung up the phone after shouting at me several times that theres nothing she could do about it.<br> <br> I then called Alick who had came to my house to assess it, he gave a number *** and that i should request for Rani, however, this number rings with no answer.<br> <br> I have just recently been a customer to this organisation and i must say, my experience with them has left me regretting my decision to seek their services, and it would take a miracle for me to ever recommend it to anyone.
