Horrible, ridiculous customer service and no one cares. False safety security

The service is horrible, you are passed from one person to the next. My alarm is not working for a month and they have not send a technician or even a call from a technician. I call very day and nothing is done and send emails no answers. Alarm goes off anytime it wants . They just do not care, they *********** and horrible service. They do not deserve any decent customers. Putting our lives in dangers with false safe security services , horrible. Never seen such poor customers service for a private company.
