********** Service!
I am very disappointed at the service that I received on the 28th of February at 78 Turner Road. I received a call at 14:33, regarding a burglary alert at my home. From my understanding a guard was despatched but I received no feedback telling me all is in order, so I decided to call back 30 minutes later. I was reassured that everything was in order. Until I returned to my house of residence to find that my house was a indeed broken into! The security company despatched someone, the guy according to My neighbours was parked out side for two hours or more.. so I would like to think that the burglary was taking place as he was parked outside. I realized that things that were left on the patio outside my house had been moved, I did not think much of the situation I just proceeded to open the door as usual when I was just in the house I realised that things in the house had been tampered with. Five minutes after realizing what had happened I pressed the panic button I received a phone call and was told that someone was being dispatched to my home, 10 minutes later I called again to find out whether there someone on the way, I was told that he had been dispatched and was STILL on the way. I pressed the panic button sometime after that and I received no response. In between the pressing of the panic button & waiting for the guard, I made numerous phone calls to the call center & even asked to speak to a supervisor which I was then told was busy on another line and someone would call me back but that did not happen either. I then pressed the button for the third time and STILL awaiting a guard or a superior to return my call. On that evening I spoke to numerous agents. I have cellphone records on my cellphone and a print of the communication with National Security. Only 50 minutes later the National Security and Fire guard arrives at the scene and it seems to be a different gentleman that was working. The guy working during the course of the day had knocked off his shift. I then asked the guy how something like this could happen whilst the guard was at the premises for two hours or more after the burglary alert was sent out and why it took him 50 minutes to get to the premises! A case has been opened at the Sebenza police station, a feedback report was also given to the national security and fire supervisor. I had made a request to the supervisor that was on the scene that I would like to see the gentleman that was on duty during the burglary from my understanding and from my analyses of the situation that guy did not do and the necessary check around the house it seems that the guy did not do the look and feel procedure as he should of according to the National Security & Fire policy. I asked the guard what he had seen on my patio and he said he saw nothing this is a longshot and probably an assumption but I would like to assume that the guard on duty on that particular afternoon did not take the necessary steps and did not walk through the entire premises as should be! On the 1st of March I contacted national and fire security team AGAIN only to find myself in circles no one is giving me any feedback on what is going on and what is being done then I finally had a breakthrough, Area Manager Albert Dhlamini assured me that he would come to my house on that fateful morning to have a clear view of everything and he did just that. He also said that he would be getting back to me on this matter on Monday.. With all being said, I would like to say that all events that took place on the 28th of February was due to negligence & even more shocking the burglary happened while the guard was parked outside the premises! Lastly the line of communication throughout the day from 14:33 was absolutely **********! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE! & I have still heard nothing from them! I’m absolutely shocked at how they run their business!!!
