Our house was broken into in the early hours of Saturday morning, with me and my husband in the house. The alarm went off and Chubb did not call. we had to call Chubb twice. this resulted in their car response arriving at our house 20 min later after whoever broke into our house fled with our tv and their security guards did nothing to assist. when we called chubb we were told that the alarm when it went off no signal was sent to them. How is this even possible? why are we even paying for an alarm that does not send SIGNALS...?????? on top of that chubb wants to charge us to send a technician to come and check out their alarm system!!! this is ********** service....
