********** DEBIT ORDERS

My mom is a pensioner and has been charged for service fees twice in a month. we have dealt wit numerous people regarding this and were given plenty nonsensical reasons as to why this is the case with finally a mail sent to the regional credit controller. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for an answer. This is unacceptable. My mom is not working and the money she has is from my dads hard earned work over the years. I expect Chubb to provide an answer as to why there are debit orders coming off the account every month for the same amount more than once. THIS IS DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR!
