<p>We have had a matter in debate for 3 years now, over a petty amount of money (R700 odd) that NuDebt insists that we owe, and we insist that we do not owe in terms of the contract. We have refused to pay this amount as it is not due. All of a sudden a random amount of R234.78 gets ****** from our bank account, along with an SMS saying "thank you for your payment in respect of your Chubb account ref ND ********** 7<br /><br />On principal this is *****, and I am going to SAPS to open a case and I am going to distribute 100,000 flyers warning people about this too...</p>

19 Apr 2017, 09:48Thank you for the prompt response - I have on many times tried to resolve the account - on principal I will not pay an amount I do not believe I owe, no matter how much money I actually have. For these guys to dip into our banking account and help themselves is a ******** offence, I am sure Stefan Oberholtzer does not want to be dealing with that sort of nonsense too, his time must be as valuable as mine...
