***** and UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ON CANCELLED SERVICE

This company just debited my account WITHOUT my authorisation! I have been with chubb for MANY years - and you have no right to try and charge me for early termination just because you changed from Chubb to National Security. How do you charge me 5 months after I have sold my house - and WHO gives you the authority to just debit my bank account! Your authorisation to debit my bank account ended when I cancelled my contract with you. I immediately want my money refunded into my account! This is ***** how dare you just go into peoples accounts. And to FNB - how can you allow debits to go through that are anomilies and not gone through debit check. Very very upset client!
