After months of horrible service and an hour response to a burglary, I cancelled my contract with Chubb. They acknowledged receipt of cancelation and collected their radio from my premises. They would constantly pester me for a month to drop off radio which they already collected. Two months after cancelation, CHUBB debited my account. When I enquired why they stated it was an error and they will refund me. a month has gone by and they refuse to refund me and drop the phone every time I call. <br> <br> This is my final outcry to get my money back. I have threatened to take legal action but this doesn't phase them in the slightest. They actually had the nerve to say that my legal fees will be higher than the money they took.<br> <br> It is evident that they are **********. I would not recommend CHUBB to my worse enemy. <br> USELESS is an understatement!!!
