Final demand received, but I dont have a radio to connect!!!

<p>Last year SeptemberI asked for a quotation from chubb to supply a radio for my existing alarm system and connect it to chubb Patrys Thomas came to my house, assessed my alarm system and then later sent me the quotation, I accepted the quote which was R666.09, but never heard back from them. they never came to install the radio, no one phoned to say that my account has now been activated, I never signed any contracts. JUST ASKED FOR A QUOTATION!!</p> <p>On the 1st of April I received a statement in the post saying that I owe them R2190. I phoned in and spoke to almost 30 people no one could/wanted to help. everyone told me they will phone me back. I AM STILL WAITING!!! Yesterday I received a FINAL DEMAND, I phoned Patrys which wont answer my calls or just puts the phone down in my ear, I later sent her an sms explaining the situation, still have not had any response. This is unacceptable service!! I will tell all my friends and family to stear clear of Chubb. and if this is still not resolved I will take it to Beeld to do an article.</p>
