Faulty devices and unauthorized debits

I'm so angry about the service I am receiving from National Security and fire, I reported the device I was installed is faulty and at some point it just goes on and off, I had an emergency and I pressed the button it didn't respond, last but not least the technician came into my house to fix replace the damaged part since it was reported early January and they came around April The technician literally did nothing as per what I see on my footage and since then its been giving me issues

I have the device and it looks like a decorative element in my property as I am not using it since it's still faulty When you call their offices they'll tell you that the management will call you in that regards

Now theres an unknown debits on my account of R395 and R625 that I don't know of and when I call them they just hang up my calls I've been trying my level best to call them The only time I came back last week Friday I saw a Blue National Security and fire sticker being removed from my wall , if I asked my kids they said one NP200 bakkie with two Black Male employees removed it from the wall and I didn't have a clue what's going on Today I received a text saying there's extra debits that is going to deduct money from my bank account.

I kindly ask anyone who's willing to take National Security and fire products must refrain from using the company as they'll be regretting at a later time
