Faulty alarm,lying staff,bad service

My alarm just stop working over 4 days ago.i reported the matter to chubb and they said they would send a technician the next day.the technician never pitched and told me they cant get to my house cause they are unfami**** with the area.called back again and tgey said they would send another technician the next day.when i call their offices i get sent from pillar to post.my panic buttons arent working and i cant even arm the sytem.chubb is in breach of contract and i no longer want their poor service anymore.prepare to hear from my lawyers
