Faulty Alarm Triggers & Sub-standard response time

I signed up for an Armed Response contract with Chubb in May 2014. The alarm installation was done by Chubb's sub-contractor, Astron SA. Since inception my alarm has been triggering for reasons unknown to myself or Chubb's technical guys. At first they sent out Astron SA's technicians but after a few failed attempts they decided to send Chubb's technicians. Even these guys could not fix the problem. They replaced all the cabling, they changed the PIR's from normal to Pet Friendly's, swopped the Zones and even changed the PC Board. Yet the false alarms continued. During the hot summer months, I have no problems, then all of a sudden the cold, wet and windy months come and all of a sudden the alarm triggers for no reason. The worst is that it has a tendency to activate during early morning hours. <br> Then on top of it, their armed response takes forever to get to the premises, this morning they phoned me 08h10 and by 09h10 they still didn't get to my premises. I spoke to a Supervisor who admitted to me that Chubb is going down, they do not have enough vehicles and that I should get out while I can. I wish to put them in breach and terminate my contract. Help please?
