faulty Alarm

i have been having a problem with the alarm it keeps going off and i called in the chubb call centre to report this they promised to have a technician to get back at me till now, whats painful this alarm has been faulty for a long time no one has come to check it out and they keep deducting their money every month. i m thinking of cancelling it because its a waste of monet and time as they do not even respond when it goes off meaning it is faulty. now we are paying for something that is not even working.
