FALSE ADVERTISING AND USELESS

so chubb sends me a sms for a promotion they are running free installation and alarm system and I am currently very unhappy with ADT so I reply yes to the sms, someone phones me and says he would like to send someone to see me on Friday what time will suit me on Friday the 4th of Sept, I say 5 pm please, he asks me what is my address I state VERY CLEARLY market street Claremont PTA and said not the one in CT note Its Claremont PTA ( so I ask you how much more clearer can I be, so then the next day I get a call sorry we cant make it Friday as we are fully booked, I say I WANT THIS ALARM and I am not happy that the appointment is moved so keep it Friday, so Friday at around 3pm I get I phone call Mam I would just like to know if 5pm is still ok with you I say yes it is, Mam what is your address again I give my ****** address again, oh mam but is that not CT, look if you want to sell something do it properly for petes sake you are a bunch amateurs ...So what would you say Chubb is this good PR for your company???
