Failure to protect
How many times can my wife be *****, be killed, be ****** 25 minutes?

This is how long it took the Chubb response vehicle, the company I pay every month to protect us, to arrive at my house after the alarm went off.

It happened a few time that my alarm goes off due to us taking a bit long to get out of the house with the kids etc, and it generally take between 5 to 10 minutes before my phone rings. When I confront them I always get the same answer, Sir, we had a influx of calls. The last time I got this answer and asked for a supervisor to call me back, nobody got back to me.

I once triggered the alarm on purpose to see how long it will take for the response vehicle to arrive and it took 20 minutes. The reason, Sir, I was just around the corner, but just received the request to come to your premises now.

This morning we quickly went out to drop the kids and as we're on leave left out phones at home. We by accident left the front door open which triggered the alarm. Now from leaving the house, dropping two kids and return takes about 25 minutes, upon arrival back I had a missed call 10 minutes earlier and waited another 25 minutes for the response veh. Reason, shift change
