Extremely poor service

I hot a call at 4h48pm on the 4th of June from National security advising that our alarm was triggered. They asked if I was at home and I advised that I was not at home but I am close by as I have just come from a baby shower. They asked if they can send someone out and i responded by asking yes, please. Up until today the 17th of June, no response from them, not even a call back and no one came out.
