Extremely Dissatisfied with "supposedly" speedy service from Chubb

<p>whilst at work this morning i recieved a call from Chubb stating that someone had been tampering with the alarm system and i requested that they send out a unit to check whats the matter. to my surprise the unit wasnt not sent out and i recived a furthur 6 more calls still asking me if they should send out a unit. i was astonished and had to leave work as only my elderly granny was at home the unit only arrived at home around 20-30 Minutes after the incedent. the alarm kept being triggereed by itself non stop and when i called Chubb to request a technician they said to me that it is no longer their issue as the system is 1year abnd 12 days old, they stated that it is not their responsibility to take care of the unit as it is just over a year. i am extremley dissastisfied as the noise wont stop and no one from Chubb are willing to provide help just to check on whats causing the alarm to go off every few minutes. there are also no Chubb patrol vans in my area and this is the first time our panic button went off and the response time is terrible, anything could have happened to my granny in the interem of all the calls and smses. a total of 12 smses were sent to my phone stating that the alarm is being tampered with. i do not advise anyone to use Chubb security</p>
