Exceptionally poor service from national security

Exceptionally poor service, all you get are promises but no service. Despite several complaints to the east london branch they keep on promising to send techs to fix the alarm installation but techs never pitch. Salesmen are only interested in making commision but thereafter you are billed and nobody gives a damn about the customer.
