Exceptional Service -above and beyond call of duty

A call was placed from Gauteng to the Chubb Amanzimtoti call centre regarding a distressed elderly lady in Amanzimtoti. The call centre dispatched, without question, a security officer (I believe his name was Ntswaki) to secure the home and ensure the lady's safety. In addition, the security officer remained on site until a family member returned.<br> <br> A very big thank you for exceptional service.
