1, I have been a client of Chubb for a very long time. The other day I requested to have my services terminated. I was informed that my period of notice is 3 months, Then I placed a query on Hellopeter. 2. The next day I was contacted by a lady from the Bloemfontein branch informing me that they made an error and due to the fact that I have been a customer for many years I only need to give notice of 20 working days. Which I did in August already. 3. I was informed that the September debit order was already loaded and that they would refund me. I declined that offer and asked them to supply the service until end of September, for the CHUBB service has always been good, and I was in no hurry to get rid of CHUBB. 4. The end of September has come and gone, but the transmitter radio was not removed When we asked them why the removal did not take place we were informed that we are being held to the 90 day notice period and that the October debit order was again loaded. How can I be held to 90 days if CHUBB admitted to being wrong, want to refund me, confirm all by email and then make a 180 u-turn,

What makes me very......... is that I am in Namibia and can not even go to the branch to state my case again.

My nr ********** ********** while abroad.
