Driver takes off after causing accident

I've just spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer my call, listening to how important my call is and that a consultant will soon be with me. Now I'm resorting to HelloPeter. I've just witnessed an accident caused by a vehicle branded by National Security Technical. The guy drove off. If you care about road safety, i suggest someone senior calls me to get the details. Alternatively, it's safe to assume the company doesn't care about your safety.
