Don't use CHUBB.

After signing the contract, the administrative staff kicked in and that was when everything went to hell. They couldn't get the debit order in place, so I then paid by eft. Then the statements were incorrect and what a nightmare to resolve that. We had an attempted break in and the guy parked opposite my neighbours but then left... claimed that there was no signs of problems. When queried, told us that we have a high wall and their armed response can't jump over the wall. If you have Truecaller installed on your phone you will never receive a call from their call centre and that doesn't bother them at all. No response means no problem. Please learn from my experience and go to any other security firm but Chubb.
