DONT ANSWER EMAILS
I have asked Chubb Security to cancel my account on numerous occasions but dont get any reply to my emails. I have immigrated and would like to have the service cancelled.
I have even gone as far as to not pay for the service as I would like chubb to contact me via email. Today I received 6 months of bills to pay!
Does it take 6 months of none payment for Chubb to eventually send the email. I have rep**** to the email as I want an international number to contact. Still no number provided.
I want someone to contact me as I am want this service cancelled.
