Doesn't respond at all to emergencies.

My alarm went off around 09H00 AM today and national security and fire didn't attent to the response. Now time is 10H55 AM I'm still waiting.

Alarm is registered under my name, but they only call primary number that supposed to be alternative number everytime alarm goes off. Primary number is my partners number. They don't even bother to verify contact details.
