DO NOT use National - Atrocious responding times and ridiculous fees and fee increases

DO NOT use this company. Upon activation of an alarm, they first give you a call long AFTER your alarm was activated, (they do not send guards upon alarm activation). I suppose it saves them fuel. In the event my life is in danger and I am unable to answer the call, it's tough sh*t for me. We never see National patrolling our area. We are also awaiting a refund owing to us. I bet you we will never see a dime.
