Disrespectful & Useless

Totally disrespectful receptionist simply puts the phone down in your ear while you are still speaking. Her name is Madelein - The service in general is useless we have recently had a incident where they broke in and Nationals car only came 4 minutes after the guys had already left with ****** goods. Could clearly see that they broke in but didnt care about that they just drove away.... GREAT SECURITY COMPANY
