Dishonest and ***********

The service provider's services were duly terminated on sale of my property. I received confirmation of the termination. Months later random amounts at random times were deducted from my bank account by the service provider. Several phone calls and e-mails later, despite undertakings to resolve the issue...nothing but it is an administration error which they are trying to rectify was fed to me. I had to approach my bank to reverse the the debits which has a negative impact on one's credit rating. Years later they start debiting my bank account again with no authority at all!
