Disgusting Service from National Security.

I had signed up with National a long time ago. From day one we had issues where the radio was not communicating to their base station. It communicated the handshake but not when the alarm triggered which is absolutely useless to anyone. When we tested the panic, there was no response whatsoever from National Security. I made several attempts to resolve the problem, I sent through all the whatsapp correspondence as well. On numerous times National Security said that the issue is resolved. Today they called to say that they are handing me over to a legal company. I refuse to pay on principle. They are the worst company to deal with. Their customer care is non-existent.
