Disgusting service

On the 12th December, we were broken into. I pressed the panic alarm and phoned the police. Police got here within 15min... National Security PHONED ME AT 17:57, got here an hour later at 19:05.

The company still phones after pressing the panic button and asking if everything is okay?. Told them we've been broken into, they query if the suspects are on site, etc, etc... And an HOUR LATER armed response knocks on the gate... Police already done and dusted with the statement and all....

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!
