Disgusting lies from CHUBB!!!!

<p>So, this happens more often than it should, the alarm goes off at home at 06:15 in the morning as I have left work. The CHUBB call centre calls me and I think its an emergency. The agent does not speak, she is fidgeting with what ever, or even sleeping. She eventually realizes someone is on the phone waiting for her to respond. She then goes ahead and lies and says she did say hello. Little did she know that my cellphone calls are recorded and she backtracked very quickly. I requested her supervisor to call me back – its been over an hour and no supervisor called me back. I spoke to Pumelo Tulane. It is time for me to look for a new armed response provider!!!!!!If CHUBB staff can lie about their incompetence, how serious do they take our safety!.</p>
