Disgusting from start to finish

<p>I am now at a point where I am beside myself! I joined Chubb in 2014 and from the very start I had issues. First they had the incorrect bank details and were trying to debit off the wrong account. Of course I didn't realise this till 4 months down the line. I was heavily charged for every little thing I actually stopped setting my alarm in case it went off and I would be charged a rediculous fee. Then I had to cancel my account becuase I had sold the property and moved out in February 2015. Even though I had spoken to them and emailed them I wasn't informed that I had to give a letter in writing or that somebody would need to remove the equipment. Of course once I had moved out I recived calls couple months later that they wanted to remove equipment that I wasn't aware had to be removed and even though I had phoned them they never told me this. I then had to send an email of cancellation which I did and recieved a letter back of confirmation but CHUBB still debited my account for months after I had cancelled and I didn't realise this until much later. </p> <p>It is now 2017 and yet I am still recieving the same calls asking me the same questions about removing equipment and when I tell them I dont' own the property please go and knock on the door as I don't know how else to get the information to arrange it, I still get phonecalls and the same questions being asked to me. </p> <p>I have had attorneys phoning me and I have had to try and explain that I don't owe CHUBB and yet I still get bombarded. I have now recieved yet another email saying they are going to send a emolument order to my work to get the money WHICH I DONT EVEN OWE!!</p> <p> </p> <p>How does a person go about communicating to CHUBB that it has been over two years now and I don't owe a cent!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Very upset person</p>
