Disgusting customer service ever

It’s worst service ever their service it’s so disgusting they are reaping people if they send their consultants to lie to people so they can take their money,Lindani their sales consultant told me that there is special I need to pay only R350 every month installation and everything it’s for free,he send the lady to bring the contract when we sign the contract only monthly contribution of R350 and cancellation fee was agreed, they even refused to leave the copy I signed behind only to find out that they edit the copy I signed with a different handwriting.now they taking money on my account left right and centre when I called I spoke to gentleman called Vaughan he said it’s not his section someone will call me Which it didn’t happen I had to call again spoke to cloudine and Alicia which as well they send me from pillar to post,Lindani promise to check when he get to the office coz they were not supposed to debit me so much money just in short there staff doesn’t know what they doing that’s why they keep referring us from one office to another, This month I was not supposed to pay for this alarm because from the day 03rd July they installed it never worked until last the 29th July just after Aziz the owner of the company that installed it had to intervened but still I got charged without using the system.
