DISGUSTING
Last night four vehicles from national security paraded through our area with flashing lights and hooters blaring probably to advertise. At 20H50 our 77 year old neighbour's alarm went off ( she is with national security ) and we went to investigate as my wife is on they're call centre data base as a contact. We checked on her and found that she is in no danger. After waiting with her for 10 minutes for the response vehicles from national security to respond nobody showed up. At 22H17 more than an hour later someone from the Cape town call centre contacted my wife but her phone was on silent as we were already sleeping. This morning my wife contacted the call centre to enquire about the call and she was told what address is she referring to. She explained that our neighbor is with national security and the operator responded that they called last night to find out if everything was alright with her, my wife informed her that no response vehicles responded last night and the excuse was IT'S PROBABLY BECAUSE OF LOADSHEDDING. WE DID NOT HAVE LOADSHEDDING. DON'T YOUR ALARM SYSTEMS HAVE BATTERY BACKUP LIKE OUR SECURITY COMPANY. PATHETIC SERVICE TO A 77 YEAR OLD LADY WHO PAYS FOR THAT SERVICE. TILL NOW NOBODY HAS CONTACTED HER THE PAYING CUSTOMER.
