Disgusted,they don't deserve even that 1 star

Disgusted with the service that I'm receiving from this company.I called them to cancel my contract with them and I was told to send an email and I did that,after weeks of no response I called again an I was asked to email AGAIN did that and days later I received an email saying I must pay R1700,give them four months of notice and they will come and remove the system. Mind you the Rap never mentioned this to me the only thing that he mentioned was I cannot cancel my contract within the first 4 months of activation and it's been more than four months now.I have lost count of time of trying to call accounts in Durban to assist they don't answer calls if they do they hangup but they so fast to debit my account.
